5. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Customers will be able to view the shipping cost and estimated delivery time during checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us via phone, email, or our website's chat feature. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when you contact us.
